more fakey 80s. what is this revival? bowie aside it was a shit decade. anyway, M83 have perfected the counterfeighties genre (that's not a real genre, i made it up, they actually call themselves "shoegaze" but i fucking hate shoegaze) in their latest album. french indie is going to be big this year, see:the shoes.
